Dein Aufgabenfeld:
• Sendung von Reklamationsunterlagen zu den reklamierten Transaktionen;
• Korrespondenz mit den Vertragspartnern in Deutschland;
• Verfolgung der Änderungen von Vorschriften, die die Bearbeitung der Reklamationen beeinflussen.

• Die Fähigkeit, gut und verständlich zu kommunizieren und gute Anpassungsmöglichkeiten;
• Zuverlässigkeit, Selbstständigkeit, gute Arbeitsplanung.
