Spend Allocation Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- close cooperation with Center of Excellence and senior stakeholders
- working around spending classification and ownership
- responsible for updating data, timely generation of appropriate reports and checking validity of source data
- working against strict deadlines and in accordance with complex process schedules
- analyzing of the data and suggesting corrective actions
- university graduate with preferable some work experience
- computer literacy essential and experience in MS office applications
- preferable experience in working on complex (big) data, data warehouse
- results and action-oriented individual with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- knowledge of procurement procedures would be an advantage
- preferable ability to drive, improve and develop processes and systems
- expertise with SharePoint
- fluent English is a must (both orally and in writing)
