Due to the recruitment process, at present we are looking for candidates for the position:
Procurement Specialist
(Specjalista ds. zamówień)
Responsibilities:
- contacts with suppliers,
- collecting and comparing the best offers for the supplies of goods or services,
- negotiating terms of contracts,
- cooperation with various departments of the company,
- other administrative activities,
- position might require travelling.
Requirements:
- min 3 years experience in either Procurement or Project Management role,
- fluent English in speaking and writing,
- good analytical and data mining skills – must have ability to track and report Projected versus actual costs against complex pricing schemes,
- strong interpersonal, collaborative skills & success in collaborating with key work partners,
- knowledgeable in IT Systems like MS Office, Oracle, and Web based applications,
- experienced in negotiating major contracts to aggressive time and cost objectives,
- strong team player and ability to effectively manage key relationships with internal clients/management and externally with suppliers,
- good working understanding of Sourcing & Procurement processes, documentation & tools (requirements gathering; RFx Process; Negotiation; Supplier Selection; Contract Execution),
- assertive with good communication skills.
