For our Client, international fast growing organization, we are currently looking for a Candidates, who would like to join HR Services Department in Cracow.
Working as an Senior HR Services Specialist you will be first point of contact for questions about HR policies and processes. On daily basis you will answer employees’ queries on various HR areas (learning and development/administration/talent acquisition). In addition to that you will support other colleagues with your knowledge and experience and take part in establishing a new team in Cracow.
To be successful on this position you need to speak very good English (at least B2 level) as well as one of the following languages – German or Italian or French (B2). You should also have at least 6 months of experience in HR function (preferred in international organization). We are looking for Candidates with knowledge of HR systems, excellent communications skills and a “can do” attitude.
Successful Candidate will be offered a challenging position in rapidly growing international company with multiple development opportunities. Attractive salary (depending on your skills and experience between 4 and 7 thousand gross) and benefit package (multisport, private medical care and others) are also a part of the deal.
