The main task of the Spare Parts Warehouse Assistant can be listed as follows:
* Performing activities in accordance with instructions * Taking care of packing parts in heat sealed bags * Receiving and checking of the purchased spare parts for our sewing machines * Outgoing shipment control by checking picked and prepared orders before shipment * Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy in order to reduce the mistake possibilities * Assisting the physical inventory check (Annual and intermediate) * Organising warehouse movements * Supporting with Picking, packing and preparing the delivery to customers in very busy moments * Assisting the Warehouse Coordinator whenever needed
KNOWLEDGE AND CAPABILITIES:
* Mid level education, completed with experience in Warehouse activities * Communication ability in the English language * Experience with computer systems and the PC and its programs like Windows, Outlook, Excel en Word; experience with the Exact software is an advantage * Accurate, social and a team-player * Service oriented but strict in following procedures * Minimum 1-2 years of experience in comparable job
