For our Client, a world-leading production company located in Krakow, we are now looking for a professional, who is able to take a position of SOX Manager. The company is offering great opportunity to develop your carrier path in accounting in the international environment and be important part of the international team.
Working on this position, the Candidate will have to bear responsibilities that include ensuring compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, performing activities in order to test SOX compliance, as well as provide SOX training for key employees and guidance toward business. What is more, the Candidate will be held responsible for analysis of a current control framework, ensuring of adequate documentation of company’s financial processes and a for a regular (quarterly or annual) reporting. Close cooperation with parent companies and entities, as well as external auditors will be also accounted as a duty.
We are looking for Candidates having an economic degree and minimum 4 years of adequate audit, financial, controlling or accounting experience (experience in an international audit company may be an asset), as well as having a wide knowledge about the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. What is more, the Candidate need to be fluent in English and have technical skills (knowledge of SAP is an advantage). The perfect Candidate should be characterized by very good communication skills, motivation to work, readiness to travel and ability to work under different projects simultaneously.
