For Guardian's business in Katowice we are currently looking for experienced supply chain professionals for the position as: S&OP Supply Planner.
A Day In The Life Typically Includes:
The Supply Planner takes the Demand plan and develops the Supply Plans using capacity modeling, ensuring Service Level, while keeping the lowest cost to deliver. Effort results in an action plan for constrains and a 12-Rolling Production Plan for the Master Planning Team to execute.

The Supply Planner takes the Demand plan and develops the Supply Plans using capacity modeling, ensuring Service Level, while keeping the lowest cost to deliver. Effort results in an action plan for constrains and a 12-Rolling Production Plan for the Master Planning Team to execute.
Main responsibilities will be:
Business Process:
- Support Manager in the 5 Years, Annual and Monthly S&OP Consensus process by maintaining and helping to optimize Supply plans.
- Work with factories/operations to ensure that mid – long term production premises are properly updated. Lead Production Consensus Meetings with Factories – Operations.
- Proactively identify supply constraints and propose solutions through Demand management, capacity expansion, level loading, or network balancing.
- Lead Sub-Regional S&OP Supply Discussions.
- Prepare and publish Monthly S&OP.
- Collaborate with Master Planning to ensure Short Term Planning (4-8 weeks) follows the S&OP plan.
- Master all appropriate S&OP tools (advanced Excel, Power Point) and refine supply models.
- Own executing S&OP Interco transfer / replenishment.
- Take a lead role in all S&OP reporting functionality: Report Creation, built-in reporting functionality, automating monthly reporting, and future-state cube/report configuration.
- Regularly review and update system settings for errors to maintain a clean and robust working environment
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Supply Chain – Planning knowledge and experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships
- Strong customer focus and critical thinking skills. Highly analytical and quantitative, with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and principled entrepreneurship approach
- Flexible work style, as demonstrated by the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working in matrix organization or across multiple geographies
Business or Engineer Degree i.e. Production / Business Administration etc.Preferred Skills - Advance Excel knowledge. Other Microsoft applications (word, ppt)
- Proficient English communication skills
