Software Tester (Software System)

Position Description
- Develop and execute software tests for our products in the area of molecular-biological analysis with focus on black-box / software system testing.
- Documentation of test results and deviations
- Working in an international and interdisciplinary team
- Member of an agile team in close collaboration with software engineers
- Participate in review of requirements, design, and other work products with a focus on quality and testability.
Position Requirements
- University degree in Computer-Science or comparable education
- At least 3 years of experience in software testing
- Knowledge of established method of software testing (e.g. ISTQB)
- Experience in medical device industry preferred, but not required (e.g. CE IVD, FDA)
Personal Requirements
- Accuracy, reliability and quality awareness
- Creativity and pleasure when it comes to testing
- Excellent communication skills in English in word and writing
- Practical experience in Agile software development preferred
