Ideal candidate should have: good developers practices: frequent check-ins, unit tests, coding standards, decent communication skills, especially in English (written, verbal, interpretive)anda strong development background that includes the build of relatively complex software: C#, C++ (desired), SQL, Scripting languages, SOAP Web Services, ASP.NET. This position requires a mix of technical and management experience in order to be effective. Education: Graduate likely but not essential.
