For one of our Clients, a well-established international company based in Wrocław, we are currently looking for a Software Development Manager.
Your new role
Within the role you will be responsible for the development life-cycle and will be a key element of the team growth. You will be expected to work closely with product owners as well as the development & test teams, managing the development & QA process (defining, planning, management). As a Software Development Manager will also act as a scrum process owner.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with at least 3 years of experience on similar role with previous career path within development and testing software, including managing development & test teams. As you will be responsible for architectural and solution design, it is expected that you have a strong technical background and good knowledge of enterprise architecture & open source solutions. An ideal Candidate has experience in some of the following fields: Spring, Struts, JSPs and servlets, WebServices, XML, CRM, ERP, CMS. Familiarity with tracking tools like Jira or Testlink is a big plus. As you will be a part of an international team you need to speak English very good.
