Our client, an incredibly successful Company based in Cracow is looking to recruit a team of Social Media Expertsto join their ever-growing team on a permanent basis. Based in fantastic office close to the center of Cracow, this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!
Due to their continued growth, they are now seeking for a Team of Specialiststo join their English-speaking Center in Cracow.While working at this role you will be responsible for daily contact with customers via chat and social media. In your new role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers whilst answering a high volume of inbound messages. You will also be responding to customer emails as well as working on the internal database. This is a great job for someone looking for a role in a Customer Service Centre where they can utilise their strong communication and previous experience working in a contact centre.
We are looking for Candidateswith experience in Client Service, gained in an international company, however Candidates with no previous experience would be also considered. You will have working knowledge of the digital ecosystem, including social media, chat, click to call, optimised interactive voice response, Apps etc and how each component leads to improved customer service.
Excellent communication and English language skills are a must.
Our Client offers attractive salary and benefits package. Please be informed that working hours are non-standard- 8 working hours- between 9 in the morning and 9 p.m
