For our Client, a worldwide leader in high technology security solutions, we are searching for Candidates for a position of:

Site Purchaser

Workplace: Tczew
Employment type: Permanent


Main tasks:
• Purchasing for manufacturing support (direct) and purchasing for indirect expenses, identifying opportunities and risks
• Optimization of the local sourcing in term of cost and quality - suppliers portfolio optimization (raw material supply, subcontracting)
• Contributing to the purchasing objectives achievement (savings increase, cost avoidance, spending reduction)
• Contributing to secure deliveries by choosing reliable suppliers and developing multi sourcing
• Conducting negotiations and to build lasting relationships with local suppliers
• Applying purchasing rules and processes (supplier selection processes, RFI, RFQ)

• University degree
• 2 years minimum of purchasing experience within international company: suppliers portfolio management, contracts negotiation
• Working knowledge of sourcing and purchasing processes in manufacturing
• ERP system knowledge
• Fluent English
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Result oriented person with pro-active attitude
