Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Groningen Netherlands.
For a multinational in the pharmaceutical industry, I am currently looking for an experienced Site Manager from the pharmaceutical industry. The company is currently growing fast and looking for a Site Manager to manage the operations at the new location.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Site Manager you are responsible for the production at the location. The company has +/-70FTE and is growing fast and wants to set up new productionlines. The Site Manager is responsible for keeping production up and running, together with several projects, HR, R&D, Quality and Safety.
The Site Manager will be a sparringsparnter of the CEO to determine the company's strategical course and the Site Manager will be responsible for translating the strategy to the operational level. The Site Manager will be in charge of setting up KPI's and will have budget responsibility. The Site Manager directly reports to the CEO.

REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum 12 years of experience in the pharma
-At least 8 years management experience
-Dutch & English language
-Masters in Life Sciences
-People Manager, strong communication skills
