THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Chemicals and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Nordrhein-Westfalen Germany.
The represented company is a global player in the chemical industries.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the site manager you will be responsible for all operations of the plant consisting of approximately 70 employees. You ensure that the processes are compliant with the regulations of the authorities and with standards like ISO 9001 and 14001. By leading your employees in a motivating way, you guarantee that site performance is always exceeding expectations and that processes are continuously improved through Lean projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all plant operations
- Leading approximately 70 employees
- Ensuring compliancy with regulations and standards
- Continuous improvement of processes (Lean etc.)
- Saving costs while keeping the production performance on a high level
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in chemistry, engineering etc.
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience in the chemical / pharmaceutical industry
- Fluency in English and German
