Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Gelderland Netherlands.
The company has 10.000 employees and is oriented on the international beverage industry. It operates in the Netherlands were approximately 600 people are employed.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Site/Maintenance Manager, your goal is to turn around the current maintenance operations. You will be working on site and will be in charge of a team to implement the new maintenance system.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Your aim is to turn around maintenance operations and implement a new maintenance plan in accordance with the LEAN and TPM philosophy.
- In this transition period, you will be in charge of implementing changes to installations and the usage of equipment.
- You will design and implement the maintenance plan based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
- You are responsible for the continuous development of the maintenance team you are leading.
- You have intensive contact with different stakeholders within the company and keep in touch regarding implemented changes and progress.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master in Mechanical Engineering/Chemistry
- 4 years of experience in the process and/or food industry
- Experience with SAP
- Dutch and English communication (speaking/writing)
