The position takes responsibility for final goods production on expected quality & quantity level, managing the assembly line, injection operators and team leaders to keep necessary level of competencies, motivation and goals achieving in order to meet customer needs.
Essential responsibilities on the Shift Supervisor position:
- Manage production operators on the shift, their work organisation and engagement in order to achieve the production targets (e.g.OEE),
- Ensure production plan realisation on time including control of all components and machines availability,
- Support employees trainings and development of their production competencies to reach the level expected by internal rules and customers,
- Active participation in all activities related to process optimisation and scrap reduction,
- Prepare production reports & deliver daily production data (including SAP database) acc. to the company standards,
- Promote, lead, initiate and support all lean activities, daily problem solving activities and internal audits (5S, LPA) in managed area,
- Actively support new program development process,
- Ensure in the managed team awareness of relevance and influence of work for quality of product and achieving quality targets,
- Keep direct communication of targets, plans, problems and achievements with team leaders & operators,
- Be the contact point for operators, support them at all issues related to work and others employees, controlling their working time in RCP,
- Ensure respect of H&S rules, quality system and environmental system on the managed area.
You are interesting candidate if you offer:
- Min. 3 years of experiences on similar position in production company (automotive branch preferable),
- Bachelor's technical degree,
- Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 and Lean Manufacturing,
- English on communication level,
- High coordination and organization skills,
