Rate: 600 - 690 zł net + VAT / day
Responsibilities:
- Collaboration across different teams identifying, designing, developing and improving service quality
- Performing proactive and re-active investigations protecting client's business and initiates actions to improve or correct the situation,
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and client's vendors
- Providing focus and accountability for end-to-end service context
- Reporting from ticketing tools, Data Warehouse or other DB
- SLA/OLA creation
- KPIs developing/improvement
- Support other tasks in service management area, like coordination of the CR’s, projects, formal topics
Requirements:
- University degree in IT Discipline or equivalent in years of progressive experience in enterprise level IT environments
- Working knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change Management frameworks such as ITIL (certification not required, but is a plus),
- Ability to speak English (minimum B2 level)
- Self-driven and proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in service delivery management
- Minimum of 3 years of Service/Change/Incident/Problem Management or Project Management experience
- Technical background
- Good understanding and of IT infrastructure and maintenance topics
