Its objective is to deliver high quality outsourced application services to HP customers. Best Shore Application Services Poland is a large, quickly developing organization located in Warsaw, dealing with application development and management for key Polish and international companies. Its main focus is on Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence, Web solutions and SAP implementation.

We are looking for:

Service Level Manager for BI/DW Solutions
Job location: Warsaw

Successful candidates will be working in teams that manage service for HP's global customers (primarily Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing solutions) as well as design ITIL-compliant processes and execute ITSM projects.

The role covers:
• Service Level Management
• Building and maintaining relationships with global customers
• Cooperation with global teams on service delivery
• Managing customer expectations and controlling ITSM processes which affect Service Delivery
• HP Service Manager who ensures that HP Application Management Organization is able to meet the service levels agreed with the customer in formal SLA.
• Design and implementation of support models for new Application Management Services (AMS), both in pursuit and delivery phases
• Delivery of ITSM consulting projects for external clients and/or HP business units

• University degree
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in delivering IT projects or services
• Very good command of written and spoken English
• Ability to learn fast and constantly improve your knowledge
• Good communication skills across multiple organizations, levels and cultures; team-work experience
• Analytical and conceptual skills
• Creative approach to problem solving
• Initiative and proved functional leadership
• Willingness to research and learn new technologies as well as process and business frameworks & methodologies

We appreciate:
• ITIL or Project Management experience
• Familiarity/experience with any of the following frameworks or methodologies: Transition & Transformation Management, Six Sigma, CMMi, etc.
• Experience in Business Intelligence and/or Data Warehousing technologies
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience in working in an international environment.
