We are looking for an experienced Customer Experience / Satisfaction Manager to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.

improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
supervising execution of warranties and service contracts
ensures efficiency and cost-effectiveness of Customer Experience
ensures timely product certification and manages certificates during product lifecycle
developing service procedures, policies and standards
maintaining customer relationships
Experience:
6-10 years of relevant experience in customer services and operations
experience in improving services through LEAN, 6Sigma
experience in infrastructure industry will be an asset
experience in managing teams of people
masters degree
financial acumen
strong communication skills
