Service Delivery Manager

For this Client we are looking for candidates interested in the position of a SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER.

Place of work: Wroclaw

The range of activities and tasks to be undertaken by a SDM includes:
  • Maintaining the effective Service Delivery with accurate Service Level Management.
  • Coordinating and managing relationships with vendors and support staff that provides hardware, software or/and network problem resolutions
  • Coordinating all IT delivery activities to deliver the service in accordance with contractual scope, and target levels
  • Handling Client escalations, resolving them with satisfactory results
  • Finding the root cause of escalations, providing well-prepared RCA with in define timelines
  • Performing regular team meetings and one-to-one sessions
  • Attending regular SLA reviews with Clients
  • Developing and maintaining a Continuous Service Improvement plan in conjunction with IT Delivery
  • Securing the cost budget/forecast and reviewing cost performance identifying cost saving opportunities
  • Ensuring sufficient and appropriate capacity to run the service from an IT Delivery perspective


REQUIREMENTS
  • University degree, preferably in IT, Telecommunication or Economics discipline
  • Few years of experience in Process Management and Client’s portfolio Management
  • Fluent English is a must; other European language would be an asset
  • Advanced knowledge of ITIL and IT process delivering
  • Knowledge of contract preparation and SLA’s
  • Proven leadership skills, ability to build trust-relationships and to work with business side, internal teams and external clients including teams/clients overseas
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • Organizational and analytical skills, accuracy and ability to work to tight deadlines
