At the moment we are looking for:

• Organizing and supervising a team delivering IT services
• Building and maintaining long-term professional relationships with assigned clients
• Creating reports and comparisons illustrating the standard of service in accordance with the parameters agreed upon with the Client
• Supporting subordinate IT specialists on issues relating to work and professional development
• Supporting the HR department in the processes of recruitment, periodic work assessment and identification of the most talented workers
• Evaluating SII Clients’ new needs in terms of the possibility of cooperation in different areas of IT services
• Preparing technical and commercial offers in cooperation with the Sales department.
• Implementing the best practices and optimising IT support processes
• At least 3 years’ experience working in a similar position (managing IT projects, managing delivery of IT services, team management)
• University degree – IT courses
• Broad knowledge of IT
• Knowledge of issues, methodologies and tools related to IT
• Good understanding of the IT services market and the sales process
• Experience in managing Client relations
• Strong analytical skills
• Good personal culture
• Commitment, consistency in working towards the objective, excellent organization of work
• Highly developed communicational skills and ability to work in a team
• Focus on effectiveness of the solutions and their timely delivery
• Good knowledge of the English language
Desirable:
• ITIL v3 Foundation Certification
• Certifications confirming IT-related professional skills
• Interesting projects focused on new technologies and realized within different client’s sectors (banking, telco, pharma)
