At the moment we are looking for:

- Coordinates Vendor Teams
- Responsible for supervision of tickets distribution for major incidents and problems
- Coordinates the resolution of high-pro incidents and communicates with all involved participants
- Ensures performance by monitoring the execution of the operational service processes (Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management)
- Problem Management, process execution and support
- Participates in transitioning over 155.000 single End- Users to an unified model with designated vendors.
- Provide Trend analysis for Problem and Incident Management
- Participates in implementing changes for process improvement, including CSI planning and Service Catalog reviews
- Play as a team in one of the biggest project ever undertaken for our global client
- Conduct the delivery of IS services within the allocated technologies and between the departments and multiple suppliers
- Execute tickets distribution among the Resolver Teams
- Suggesting and evaluating business cases across different services and environments
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure service (previous experience with IT Networking would be a plus) on a large enterprise scale
- Excellent knowledge of ITIL Process and ITIL Foundation Certificate
- Result driven problem solver
- Understanding of the Open Systems Interconnections (OSI)
- Ability to diagram and inventory the network and associated resources
- Will be required to periodically work shifts incorporating either an early start or late finish
- Fluent English
