Service Architect – Active Directory

- Creating service solution architecture and service designs of Active Directory infrastructure and Active Directory related services (Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, WINS, KMS, NTP);
- Analyzing existing IT infrastructure;
- Advising on service solution;
- Creating technical service documentation for new services;
- Presenting the solution to customer (service demo, service offering);
- Coordinating service setup in the customer environment;
- Supporting Proof of Concept for new services/technologies.
Job Requirements
- IT architect experience – service architect or software architect;
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services and Active Directory Federation Services;
- In-depth knowledge of Azure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WINS, KMS, NTP services;
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture framework (TOGAF, Zachman,…);
- Experience in working directly with customer;
- Ability to support multiple business needs at once and work with little oversight;
- Ability to solve problems and proactive attitude;
- Capability to read and write technical documentation;
- Ability to work well in a team;
- High motivation to self-development;
- Good interpersonal skills and customer handling skills;
- Fluent English;
- Experience in Active Directory upgrades and migration projects is a plus;
- Knowledge of Microsoft PKI Infrastructure is a plus;
- Knowledge of Office 365 administration is a plus.
