Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this position you will be responsible for the implementation, organisation and supervision of all activities regarding serialization and the industrial automation in the production plants. The main objective in this role is maintaining and increasing the reliability of the production machines. By doing this the quality and production will be ensured.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executing adjustments on automated systems (Systech, vision systems, serialisation, aggregation, industrial networks, Wonderware, PCS7, S7) according to the GMP/GDP standards
- Independently setting up and executing projects to implement, qualify, upgrade or expand the automation systems.
- Acting as a contact point for IPT's and COE's regarding Systech Vision systems (serialisation and aggregation)
- Training, coaching and supervising contractors
- Making sure that the knowledge level in automated vision systems will be increased by training and organizing.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least a Bachelor degree or comparable by experience
- Knowledge of automated systems is absolutely required, preferably in the pharmaceutical, chemical or food industry.
- You have to be flexible towards irregular hours and shifts
- Being able to implement theory in to practice
- Experience with S7, PCS7, Wonderware and Systech
- An open mind towards working with new technology
- Able to work in a team but also on your own
- A good level of English, both written and spoken
