For a USA Company we are building in Krakow/Zabierzow IT support team (30 specialists).
As the Endpoint Analyst, you provide tier one and two support, configuration, and deployment services for endpoints across Company, including Windows-based workstations and servers, mobile devices, RF devices, and endpoint facing applications. You resolve and complete assigned cases and change requests and act as an escalation point for endpoint support issues. You apply new solutions through research and collaboration with the team and determine action plans for new application deployment initiatives. The core endpoint management duties also include enterprise Microsoft System Centre use and management, as well as application deployment, software update deployment, operating system deployment, endpoint protection, and endpoint security remediation efforts.
Technical Highlights: Consolidation to a single Active Directory for users and computers in progress. Leverage of all Office 365 services on hybrid infrastructure underway. Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager, Operations Manager, PowerShell and Intune systems management. Citrix XenApp 7.7 deployed. XenDesktop and PVS in progress.
We require 5+ years of experience in related technologies in a large corporate environment. Competency with enterprise-level Desktop Management Application such as LanDesk, Altiris, or, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). SCCM preferred. Experience with enterprise-level software update management and patching. Advanced knowledge of Windows-based server and workstation operating systems. Advanced knowledge of Networking and Network infrastructure. Strong scripting competency using either VBScript or PowerShell. Proficiency with T-SQL Query Language is preferred. Familiarity with RF Device (Windows CE, Symbol, Intermec) management and support is preferred. Degree – in Computer Science or Information Systems. Fluent English (you will be supporting US and Europe).
