ROLE DESCRIPTION
Vanwege toegenomen werkdruk is er ruimte ontstaan voor een senior ontwikkelingsspecialist die de bestaande range van verpakkingslijnen optimaliseert en verpakkingsconfiguraties kan configureren.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol afronden van meerdere innovatieprojecten met verschillende deadlines en targets
- Onderhouden van relaties met onderzoeksinstituten en leveranciers en zorgen dat de verpakkingstechnologische kennis op elkaar afgestemd is
- Managen van interne stakeholders, influencer
- Continuous improvement
REQUIREMENTS
- MSc Industrieel Ontwerpen
- Voedingsproductie achtergrond
- Vanaf 10 jaar ervaring
- Ervaring in conversie- en barrièretechnieken
- Affiniteit met techniek
- Restultaatgericht
- Sociale verbinder
- Zelfstarter
