Your new company
For a newly build Service Delivery Team in Gliwice we are looking for Senior Technical Support Analyst.
Your new role
- Oversee and provide senior technical assistance and support of locally installed infrastructure and non-core/common application technologies.
- Configure, deploy, maintain and support locally installed IT infrastructure, equipment and application technology, particularly where unique / distinct to local site(s).
- Where necessary, as a member of the local Technical Support Analyst team, configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones and other computer and telecommunications equipment.
- Where necessary, as a member of the local Technical Support Analyst team, install and support PC, laptop, tablet and mobile hardware and software including supporting desk moves/new work place setups.
- Maintain the IT infrastructure to a high professional standard thereby maximizing the productivity of employees whilst supporting the business plan.
- Share acquired knowledge with colleagues through formal documentation, communication sessions and active participation in global specialist communities.
- Actively work to enable increase level of remote support for local solutions, in order to broaden the available capacity and talent available to support local services.
- Work closely with Technical Services and Application Support teams in sharing best practice, contributing to setting of global technological and architecture standards, and driving local simplification roadmaps.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have:
- Experience of mentoring teams
- Experience of Technical Leadership of teams
- Experience working with the following technologies: Windows 7, MC Exchange, Office 365, Mobile Technology, Printer Technology, DNS, DHCP, Switches and routers.
- A working knowledge of desktop, laptop, server and printer computer hardware dependencies and relationships of networks, phones, mobile devices, PC’s operation systems, databases and applications used in the Company environment.
- Experience of technical implementations with good understanding of Microsoft and networking technologies.
- Be fluent (both verbal and written) in Polish and English
