For our Client, one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations located in Kraków, we are currently searching for passionate people, interested in position of Senior Technical Specialist.
Your new role
Working on this position, you will to provide support on Mainframe batch scheduler Infrastructure. You will be responsible of ensuring delivery to the customer while adhering to established global standards and best practice. One of your daily responsibilities will include maintain and exceed existing SLA’s and ensure compliance to policies at all times. You will actively participate in achieving organizational efficiency objectives and undertake analysis on day-to-day work to drive automation on deliveries thereby minimising repetitive and standardised tasks/processes. You will also work closely with the stakeholders to avail/impart all necessary training from time to time to ensure enhanced service delivery. You are expected to provide the 24x7 On-call support as per business requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful Candidate on this role you need to hold minimum 5 years IT experience out of which a minimum of 2 year relevant experience in Control M and TWS scheduling tool. You also need to have experience of working within an IT Environment. You need to understand & analyse business requirements and scope, identify gaps, translate requirements into technical specifications. Good understanding of Service Management Processes of Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management is a must. You also need to be able to work with a sense of urgency in an aggressive, multi-tasking environment and also with virtual team environment. Due to work in international environment you need to speak fluent English.
