You will be a good match if you:
- Have experience in leading a high achieving team of Software Developers
- Have 5+ years experience in software development
- Have 3+ years experience in developing in JavaScript
- Are experienced in leading a team using an Agile development methodology
- Have very good problem-solving and debugging skills
- Have good verbal and written English-language communication skills
As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing group of 8 software engineers in a Scrum team environment
- Cooperation with Project Managers and Product Owners
- Motivating team members; providing technical and functional direction
- Taking part in management, hiring processes and new team member training
- Working closely with DevTeams in Europe
