For our Client, one of the oldest financial institutions, we are searching for experienced manager able to co-lead the young and growing Hedge Fund Accounting department as a Senior Team Manager.
Your new role
The Senior Team Manager will be responsible for managing a staff comprised of Team Managers, Account Managers, Supervisors and Fund Accountants whose responsibilities include providing premier client service and contributing to the production of client portfolio valuations, statements, and Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations.
Full people management responsibilities, playing an active role is assisting the Sales team on new clients prospects, job organization activities, budget management or process execution are other key responsibilities of this position.
The Senior Manager will manage the relationship with a large platinum client and other clients ensuring they are given excellent service and will partner with clients to gain full understanding of their funds and access their service needs.
What you'll need to succeed
At least 8-10 years of works experience in the funds industry, preferably in the hedge funds environment that includes at least 3-4 years in managerial position with solid people management experience is essential. The perfect candidate needs to have knowledge of end-to-end fund accounting and NAV calculation processes as well as experience in establishing and maintaining effective client relations.
Fluent English language level, high sense of responsibility and problem solving skills are required.

The Senior Team Manager will participate in the board meetings and will be a member of executive committee in a multinational investment services company. This position will be a global role reporting directly to Ireland and USA and will be the most senior role in the department with wide responsibilities: managing up to 50 people and client facing activities.
