Your new role
Senior Tax Client Service Officer provides subject-matter specific, professional client service support to the most significant Investment Managers and Clients in Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA) on a day-to-day basis, and ensuring timely resolution of all issues raised. The position fulfils a leadership role in the department, including acting as a mentor and a resource for other Tax Client Service Officers and backing up the Tax Client Service Team Leader / Manager. The communication, exchange of information and reporting is an integral part of the job, be it with internal or external parties. The candidate must be able to request and convey information in an accurate and efficient manner and adapt the communication to the audience. It is of the highest importance to be accurate, thorough and timely. Any problem that would occur in the process has to be solved and/or escalated in an agreed manner, to avoid any financial and reputational risks.
What you'll need to succeed
Preferable Tax/Financial Services experience (2-3 years preferable)• Pro-client attitude is a must (previous client-facing experience would be an asset)• University Degree, preferably in a related area.• Fluent English (additional German would be an asset).• MS Office knowledge is a must (preferable MS Excel advanced user)• Solid communication skills and decision-making capabilities.• Accountability, flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.• Candidate must have the ability to work under pressure and prioritize the tasks well, often handle many tasks at once with appropriate level of detail-orientation.
