Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Grodzisk Mazowiecki
Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive recruitment based on the company's global processes.
- Acting as an advisor, expert and point of contact for managers hiring new employees.
- Updating/creating job descriptions and posting them to relevant channels.
- Selection of the best suitable candidate, negotiating and extending offers with candidates.
Expectations:
- At least 5 years of full life cycle talent acquisition experience.
- Excellent networking and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders from different organizational levels
- English level C1.
- Highly developed cooperation and communication skills.
- Motivation, very good organization of working time.
