THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Netherlands.
For one of our clients, a Pharmaceutical company in the Netherlands, I am currently looking for a Senior Strategic Consultant.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Senior consultant will be responsible for analyzing and visualizing the data trends and identify the opportunities for improvement. You will serve as a vital link to primary care physicians to educate and persuade them. This is a true sales role, not a service position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the directors and VPs in developing data-driven, personalized customer experience strategies.
- Organising and facilitating meetings for the exchange of medical and product information in line with the company’s policies, regulatory and legal requirements.
- Identify key physicians, health care providers and organizations within assigned territory.
- Maintain campaign performance bencharks.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with physicians and other health care professionals identified in business plans
REQUIREMENTS
- Master degree, preferably in life sciences or other related field.
- 2+ years of experience, in some combination of consulting, strategy, digital marketing / media within the pharmaceutical industry (agency or client setting).
- Hands on mentality, able to solve problems.
- Analytic, inquisitive mindset, with strong quantitative skills—but also with a creative bent to apply quantitative data to develop strategy and creative execution.
- Strong communication and presentation skills—written and in person
- Highly competent with Excel and PowerPoint.
