For our Client, an outsourcing company located in Wrocław, we are currently looking for candidates willing to work as a Senior Statutory Accountant with Italian.
Being a Senior Statutory Accountant you will be a part of a Finance Team that play a key role in regularly closing company’s books and will take part in analytical reviews with company’s Senior Finance Management Team. Team you will be part of is accountable for ensuring that all business activities are reflected correctly in company books. This requires close cooperation with business finance teams as well as a thorough understanding of company complex transaction processing and reporting system environment. Our team is the counterpart for centralized accounting teams located in hubs as well as for the European and worldwide finance organizations.
Your range of responsibilities will include preparation of balance sheet reports, tax forecast as well as preparation of annual financial statements, all in accordance with local GAAP, dealing with both internal and external audit providers and supervision of tax reports of the company is also a duty. Working on this position it is also needed to ensuring company’s compliance with the financial and accounting regulations and with local government institutions. Furthermore, the Candidate will need to cooperating with external organizations and to be actively involved in improvement projects.
The perfect Candidate we are looking for should have a university degree either in business or economics and at the same time an accounting certification or a degree in accounting and auditing/controlling. At least 6 years of experience of working in a finance or accounting field is required. What more, the Candidate should have superior both Italian and English language skills and a proven knowledge of local GAAP. Understanding of a local tax law may be an asset. We also expect the Candidate to have solid SAP and Excel experience and to be characterized by excellent communication and teamwork skills.
