THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
The client is developing a lot of new technologies in the field of software and applications. For the further growth of the company they are looking for a strong C++ developer.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Software Developer C++ you are result oriented and have a very good understanding of the development process. You can develop new applications from scratch but are also good in bug fixing and improvement of existing software. You will work together with the development team and will report to the R&D manager. They work with the Agile methodology Scrum to have a day to day overview of the new development steps that are made.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the development process of an assigned project, be part of the team
- Design features, propose improvements and perform bug fixes over existing and new products
- Take a mentor role for the junior developers, help them when needed
- Documentation of all implemented code
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English
- 7+ years' experience in software development in C++
- Working experience with OO, Design Patterns
- Working experience with Agile/ Scrum is preferred
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, Qt is a strong plus
