THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Overijssel Netherlands.
The company is a middle-large company in the Food Industry. Because of growth, the company is looking for a Sr. Shift Leader.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Sr. Shift Leader is responsible for his/her team. Next to leading the operational team, the Sr. shift leader will be responsible for the HR, quality of produced products and responsible for (food)safety. The Shift leader is also responsible for maintenance and directly report to the Operations Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Leading operational team: +/- 6 employees
-Responsible for maintenance, hr, quality & (food)safety
-Directly reporting to the Operations Manager
-Working with HACCP & ERP systems
REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum bachelor degree
-Willing to work night/weekend shifts
-Flexible
-Knowledge of production, several years of experience in a operational position within the food industry
-Working with HACCP & ERP systems
-Dutch & English language
