THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Belgium.
The company is a major firm focusing on better healthcare by developing pharmaceutical products, medical devices and biotech implementations. As their process development department is growing, they are in need of a senior scientist process development.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will focus on innovating process development where you are to carry out research improving the technical vision while making use of all existing theories. You will enlarge the network, you will aid in project management, you will coordinate a lab team focusing on better process development as a whole.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will design creative processes by combining the unique expertise of team members
- You will analyse and take into account relevant recommendations using advanced techniques
- You will give go/no go signals towards new techniques or procedures and set up new SOP's
- You will ensure the laboratory runs according to regulatory boundaries
- You will keep up technical experience with manufacturing to keep to company at the head of the game, where you will safely aid scale up production
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent knowledge of both French and English
- MSc degree with 7 years of industrial experience (optional PhD and 6 years in a relevant discipline)
- Great tem worker
- Experience in process manufacturing or research laboratory
- GMP
- Separate extensive technical projects
