THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Biotechnology organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.
The company is a medium sized biotech company.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The role is that of a Senior Scientist that designs, plans and executes the R&D development plan and helps the general growth of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The scientist will be responsible of:
- The entire R&D process
- Sticking to the R&D plan of immune therapy, experience in infection diseases is a plus
- Leading all lab personnel including reviewing and mentoring
- Obtaining grants
- Keep track of scientific development and being able to quickly adapt the programs
REQUIREMENTS
-MSc or PhD in Biomedical sciences, Biotechnology or similar
- Experience in immunotherapy and oncology
- Three to five years of industry experience
- Good Laboratory Practice knowledge
