Role description
As an expert in the field you will provide high level strategic advice in ecotoxicology during the registration process of our plant protection products. You have excellent knowledge in the regulatory requirements for plant protection products in the ecotoxicological field and have built up a network both with authorities and CRO’s. You will coordinate the ecotox expert team that analyses and interprets ecotox studies and assessments, provide testing strategies, set out strategy for risk assessments, ... In your role as coordinator you set out the strategy, you ensure that deadlines are met and you represent the ecotox expert team during project meetings. Thanks to your expertise you will play an important role in the regulatory submission process of plant protection products.
Requirements
You have a PhD or master’s degree in agriculture, biology, …
You are able to demonstrate minimum 5 but preferably 10 years of expertise with environmental/ecotoxicological risk assessment of plant protection products and have acquired in-depth knowledge of different ecotoxicological studies. Experience in environmental fate is a plus.
You have experience in coordinating a small team
You have experience in project management for plant protection products
You have an excellent knowledge of English
You have experience in leading projects and you are a real problem-solver
You have strong analytical skills and you work accurately
You can work in team and autonomously
