For our Client global, logistic company, we are looking for experienced Recruitment Specialist.
Your new role
You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitmentprocess of all positions within the company e.g. contact with recruitment company, creating job descriptions, conducting interviews and preparing contracts.
Close cooperation with the local staff as well as HR Manager in order to meet quality and quantity targets and keeping best talents will be also part of your daily duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to speak easily in English and Polish and have more than 5 years of experience on recruiting field.
Knowing polish labour law, having very good organisation and communications skills are essential.
