Senior Recruiter - future HR Business Partner

For our Client – international Shared Service Centre, developing its Krakow operations we are currently looking for experienced Recruiters with strong HR interest, who will participate in growth of the Centre and after volume recruitment phase will take over the role of HR Business Partner.
We are looking for Candidates with international exposure and in-house recruitment background – minimum 3 years of experience. Reporting directly to HR Manager successful Candidate will be responsible forsuccessful management of all recruitment activities being the central contact to Hiring Managers. The aim of this person will be to create the most effective recruitment processes for perm staffpositions across organization. Moreover this person will be in charge of management of recruitment campaigns, on campus recruitment, open days and employer branding on local labour market. Your role will be to build strong relationship with business and manage relation with external recruitment agencies. With the next phase of the project you will act as HR Business Partner, being responsible for all aspects of HR advisory.
In order to be successful on this position you need to have at least 3 years of professional experience in area of recruitment preferably on high volume recruitment in international, corporate environment.You need to have an overview on full recruitment cycle and have experience in AC/ DC. You should have experience in innovative employer branding with experience in using social network as recruitment tool. Excellent English is a must, as well as willingness to develop in HR advisory role.
