ROLE DESCRIPTION
The role of the Senior R&D Scientist is to plan, design and execute the development plans in R&D. Because the client is a young spin off, the main goal will be general growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities:
- The R&D process from A to Z
- Reviewing and mentoring staff in the lab
- Obtaining grants to preform research
REQUIREMENTS
-MSc or PhD in Biomedical sciences, Biotechnology or similar or relevant lab experience
- Experience in immunotherapy and oncology
- Three to five years of laboratory experience
- Good Laboratory Practice
- Individual and teamwork capabilities
- High level of English proficiency
