THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Baden-Württemberg Germany.
My client, an internationally leading company pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Senior Quality Manager. The role is located in the south of Baden-Wurttemberg and is to be filled immediately on a permanent basis.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Quality Manager you will be responsible for assigned quality systems. There you will be responsible for proposing quality metrics for the business unit in alignment with the corporate quality systems. Furthermore you will lead international and interdisciplinary quality teams and ensure that goals are met as defined in project plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibility for the continuously improvement of the quality systems and processes (incl. CAPA, investigations, complaints etc.)
Representing your business unit in global quality projects and ensure compliant, effective and efficient outcomes
Preparation of management decisions according quality matters
Providing site support through quality assessment, audit readiness programs, quality system remediation initiatives and training programs.
REQUIREMENTS
University degree (Bachelor, diploma, masters`s or doctoral degree) in Pharmaceutics, Chemistry or a similar field
At least 5 years' relevant working experience in an international GMP regulated environment in the field of Quality
Several years' proven leadership experience
Expert knowledge GMP regulations and QMS
Ability and willingness to travel locally and internationally
Very good language skills in english (written and orally)
