Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Germany.
Our client is a pharmaceutical company located in Germany with a very promising profile. They are looking for a Senior QA Manager on a Global level in mujltiple locations in Germany.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Global QA Manager will be responsible for the Quality Assurance regarding GxP guidelines as well as the projects that are related to QA. You will be responsible for a team and communicate with cross-funcitonal departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Revise and develop the QMS, especially regarding GxP guidelines
- Develop and Execute training programs and coach employees
- Communication with different departments (Regulatory Affairs, Quality Control etc.)
- responsible for upcoming projects regarding QA
- lead a team
- conduct risk analysis and deliver solutions how the company can improve their quality standards
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc/M.Sc in Pharma or related fields
- at least 6 years of working experience in Quality Assurance in the pharma industry
- excellent knowledge of international regulations, GxP (especially GMP) guidelines
- very good English skills, German would be an advantage
