Senior Project Manager
Miejsce pracy: WrocławScope of responsibilities:
- project management of construction projects in cosmetic, automotive, consumare care, chemical and food industry
- manage given task within budget, time schedule, quality and scope in front of the customer and in front of own company
- maintain interface to the customer
- manage project team
- manage external service providers (esp. local architectural/engineering contractors)
- manage authority engineering pathactive involvement in sales (starting from quotation preparation and presentation, through negotiation and contract signing, then contract execution)
- external and internal reporting about project progress
Requirements:
- proven project management skills
- knowledge about investments process (design / engineering, authority engineering, construction)
- willingness to travel
- basic CAD software skills
- academic background: civil engineering or mechanical engineering
- fluent English
