For our Client, international software company based in Cracow, we are currently looking for Senior Project Manager.
Your new role
Holding this position you will be responsible for the coordination, control and completion of manufacturing software implementation projects ensuring consistency with contractual commitments, company strategy and customer goals. You will be in charge of several implementation projects of the software suite throughout the entire project lifecycle (1 or 2 large projects and several smaller projects). Also, you will take over the responsibility for planning, budgeting, execution and control including presales, quotation, scheduling and customer satisfaction. You will control project scope, manage project budget, project risk at proposal stage and throughout the project, making plans to minimize risks. Moreover, you will manage relationships with customers and partners ensuring overall success of the projects.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful Candidate, you need to hold min. 5 years of relevant experience in international IT project management and software implementation for external customer (preferably in the area of Supply Chain/ Manufacturing, MES, LES, ERP, PLM etc.). Also, it is required to have experience in managing projects with over 1 million € budgets as well as ability to manage multiple teams of 5-10 consultants. You must have ability to work under pressure, strong problem-solving skills and attitude and leadership qualities. Moreover, you need to demonstrate ability to act professionally with diverse groups of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
This role requires your availability to attend business trips to various countries (20-30%)
