For our Client, well-known international organization located in Katowice, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Senior Project Manager/Project Manager in Software Development.
Your new role
Holding this position you will be responsible for planning and scheduling of the program and budget, managing deliveries of scalable, high-end solutions and ensuring that all project outcomes are delivered to time, quality and cost. You will have overall view on the projects and you will ensure that interdependencies and risks are raised quickly. You will work closely with the internal PMO team and successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholder. Scope of your duties will also include taking part in sales campaigns, demonstrating our capabilities in complex programs. You will also conduct program definition workshops and participate in pre-sales negotiations.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful Candidate you have to have around 10 years of project management experience in software solutions delivery and min. 2 years of international, complex program management experience. You must have excellent client facing and internal communication skills. Also, you should have qualifications in a project management methodology such as: ITIL Prince2, PMP. Having experience with Scrum/Agile projects will be strong advantage. Due to work in international environment you must have fluent English language skills.
