For our Client, a well – known international producer from FMCG industry, we are currently looking for a person who will join its structure at complex position of Senior Project Engineer, which combines project management with detailed engineering.
Senior Project Engineer will be the major person responsible for whole Plant’s organization in technical area as well as projects execution. These obligations will include creating new improvements, leading both modernizations and technology transfers, assisting in product and technology changes as well as supporting Company’s departments in technical aspects. What is more, this role requires working with local, regional and global engineering solution providers to source the best and the most innovative technical solutions as well as acquire engineering resources. Cooperating and reporting directly to Engineering Manager, Senior Project Engineer will work closely also with local and regional Engineering and equipment suppliers to improve flexibility of processes present in the Plant. Moreover, the Candidate will be responsible for determining project responsibilities, specifications and maintaining mentioned project schedule as well by monitoring its progress and coordinating activities. The range of responsibilities will involve also preparing cost estimates, controlling each project costs and providing support in implementation of savings projects.
To be successful in this role you should have Master Engineering degree and at least 2 years of engineering and project management experience in the FMCG, Automotive or Pharmaceutical Industries. A mechanical or PLC electrical degree is also required. Due to analytical character of this role, the Candidate should present problem solving skills, as well as ability to complete project on time and within budget. Because of international working environment, apart from Polish, English language will be the essential language of communication. Therefore, knowledge of English is a must; command of any other language would be an additional asset. International environment mentioned above requires also ability to work with diverse cultures. Apart from being a team player, the Candidate should inspire and motivate others to be effective in their everyday work.
