To be succesful in this position you need to have 3+ years of programing experience and a strong, practical experience in Java JEE/J2EE technology,practical knowledge of Web application development, experience in Spring and Hibernate frameworks (Spring MVC), JPA/SQL, PL/SQL,as well as theknowledge of EJB 3.0, JPA, Struts, JSP, jQuery, WebServices, JMS.The candidates should have good, practical understending of Scrum or other Agile development methodology.
