Senior Programme Management Officer (m/f)
The role of a Senior Programme Management Officer is to support the CFO by tracking status of programme deliverables and milestones. The role acts as an interface between Finance and IT and handles cross-departmental communication with internal stakeholders. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, the governance, overseeing and the delivery of internal programs and their results. The main purpose of the recruited person will be developing a clear plan that lays out detailed systematic approaches and processes.

Description
- Driving standardisation and optimisation of internal processes
- Implement governance standards across the globe including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of programme deliverables
- Leading, controlling and documentation of internal (financial and IT) programs
- Continuous program management throughout program life cycle
- Definition of program governance and implementation of control processes
- Implement project standards across all projects of the Group,
- Development of program portfolio and monitoring progress
- Managing program budget
- Managing risks and issues; responsible for applying corrective actions
- Organising the projects and their interdependencies
- Clear and continuous communication with stakeholders
Profile
- Higher education degree
- Min. 5 years of experience in programme management or project project management
- Highly preferred working experience in industrial environment (Tier1 or OEM)
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Microsoft packages literacy
- Highly analytical and financial acumen
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Skill at managing stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness
- Very good prioritization skills to balance key priorities
- A strong customer approach
- Excellent English language command
